About Kim

I double-majored in Design and Photography at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently, I'm an experienced UI/UX designer, working across a broad range of small to large companies as well as product vs. service offerings.

At Trunk Club, I have had the opportunity to push an innovative approach to the shopping experience. Most recently, I was the founding team member/lead product designer for an on-demand vet care company, called Treat.

My responsibilities include conducting user research, product management, UI/UX design, conversational UI writing, and rapid prototyping. Previously, I have worked as both a graphic designer and UI designer. I also enjoy doing event photography and motion design on the side.

Now, I'm currently a Sr. Product Designer at Hipmunk, leading the Chatbots team.
